Fairwinds is approximately 4400 square feet of a fabulous estate from a time gone by. The large interior rooms plus three, large decks offer plenty of spacious floor space for guests tables, buffet tables and bar areas. The grassy area below is perfect for taking in the view of the Lake, and the private beach is just a stone's throw away. One is literally transported back in time while strolling though the terraced levels descending down to the Lake. Each of the six divisible bedrooms consists of a private room, a sleeping porch, and a bathroom (four with showers and two with tubs). Each bedroom sleeps four, with beds ranging in size from king in the master bedroom to queen and twin in the other rooms, which makes it a perfect place for bridal party accommodations.
Visitors to Fairwinds can huddle around the fireplace in the winter or bask in the summer sun on spacious decks and a private sandy beach, just steps from the main estate.
