Paige & David's Wedding

For months we had been planning the details of Paige and David's wedding day, and when it finally arrived, it could not have been any more perfect. The January weather was clear, and warmer than expected for that day and their wedding at the Reno LDS Temple was beautiful! The smiles on their faces as they exited the temple and greeted their family and friends, were contagious! They are both so cute, with personalities that just radiate!

Paige chose subtle colors including icy plumb, icy sage and icy platinum which created a look of elegance that could only belong to the month of January. Twenty three, mixed shapes of tables seated about 200 of their family and friends as they enjoyed a fabulous buffet dinner. Over-sized hurricanes filled with seeded eucalyptus, pittosporum and ivory pillar candles, gently illuminated every other table. On alternating tables, gorgeous floral bouquet centerpieces were placed, and filled the banquet hall with fragrance and a pop of color.

After checking the beautifully framed and easel-mounted seating chart, guests were personally ushered to their assigned, numbered tables, as if they were entering the best dinner house around. This made each guest feel as though their presence was truly important. While dining, lights were dimmed and soft, beautiful music filled the banquet hall. The illuminated drop ceiling gave a magical, cozy feeling to the room. After dinner, a great program including a family song composed just for the bride and groom left guests laughing out loud!

Paige and David's wedding cake was a monochromatic piece of art, which sat high atop a silver eyelash linen, which provided a little touch of the unexpected. Each delicious layer boasting a different flavor, gave each and every guest definitely something worth waiting for.

Dancing must be in Paige and David's genes, and while their first dance together was a little bit romantic, it was also a lot of fun! They giggled as they performed their choreographed dance, acting a bit like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, which made everyone smile. With every dip and turn they made on the dance floor, it was easy to catch a glimpse of their love for each other in their smiles.

Paige and David, thank you for letting me be a part of your wedding day. The planning and implementing of all your wedding day details was such fun. I will always remember the choreographed dance you taught to your guests, and how the dance floor that was filled with perfect synchronized dancers! Your wedding day will remain a favorite of mine for a long time to come. xoxo Liane
