Katrina & Dave's Wedding

It was such a beautiful, hot day...one of the hottest days this Summer. The day before, flash floods and downpours were all spotted throughout the city. The parking lot at the Nevada Air Guard Base looked like a lake, but the clouds were moving eastward, so we were hopeful that the next day would be just perfect, and it was, in every way!

With preparations and plans all becoming a reality, Katrina and Dave were all set for the most important day of their lives. Over 300 family members and friends began to take their seats as the bridal party watched and waited patiently from afar. When the time was just right, the music began to play, and Katrina, escorted by her Father, made the long walk down the aisle towards Dave. The ceremony was short, but the kiss was long! Dave and Katrina are perfect for eachother and they compliment eachother in so many ways.

Bright orange and vivid yellow were the colors Kartina choose to reflect her personality, as well as the Summer season. The floral arrangements filled with Gerber daisies and Asiatic lilies were just the perfect touch. Beautifully displayed, delicious food, music provided by Reno's own JJ Christie, and a fantastic cake (flown in from Washington) created by Katrina's sister added to the perfection that was the day.

Katrina and Dave, it was such a privilege working with you on your wedding day. It will be a day that I will always remember, and I thank you for the privilege of asisting you on your wedding day.
