Wedding Makeup

When it comes to your wedding day, you want to look drop dead gorgeous. Well, this seems more like a dream to some brides than reality. However, it does not have to be that way. Here are a few wedding makeup tips that can push you from looking good to looking great. These are cosmetic tips that a lot of bridal beauty shops use, and now you can use them too.

First of all, never buy your wedding day makeup online. Makeup looks different on every person that puts it on, and you are going to need to try a little on you before you get it. After all, you are not going to be able to do something with a lot of makeup that does not match your skin tone. On that same note, remember that most people do makeup wrong in the first place. This is because they put too much on to try and cover up their face. Well, makeup is not made to cover up your face, but is made to highlight your face. Remember this when doing your wedding makeup. Overdoing your wedding day makeup is going to give you that nice plastic look. Now won't that be nice?

If you are one of those people that normally does not like fake eyelashes, but you want them for that special day, then you better give them a few trial runs. Most wedding makeup styles do not let you in on this little tip, but fake eyelashes actually take a lot of getting use to. Remember that “big eyelashes” to you may only be small in photos so that is something else to think about as well. Also be sure that you find a brand of fake eyelashes that does good for you. This could mean that you have to go through a few different brands to find the ones that you truly want.

So you heard that bridal beauty spas use airbrushing to make everyone look pretty, and you want to try that? Well remember that you need your skin to be moisturized to even stand a chance at this working. Too many brides dry out their skin as a way to clear up blemishes. However, this will keep the airbrushed makeup from getting on smoothly. This leaves you with a very rough and old texture. Now, is that what you want for your wedding day? The best way to do this is to use a good moisturizer and to drink water; lots and lots of water. That's right girls, eight glasses of water is not only healthy, but it does wonders for your skin's moisture level.

For those ladies that are getting married during those hot months. Think about picking up some icy bags. Putting some ice bags in your cosmetic bags will keep your makeup from melting. This is a tip that works for people who are getting married or not. This is something that every women should not be without.

If you are going to get anything waxed, then you need to get it done about two days before your wedding day. If not, you are going to show up with redness and swelling all over your face. This happens often with eyebrow waxing.

Also, it is not a good idea to have your hair cut the day before your wedding! What if you do not like it? Is your hair going to grow back overnight? Of course not! You need to get your hair trimmed at least three weeks before the wedding. Do not do anything drastic this close to your wedding day. Remember, you want your groom to recognize you when you walk down that aisle!

These wedding day tips are going to help you look the best. The main thing to remember is that you need to do whatever you can to look great for your wedding day. This means do not overdo your make up, and make sure that you get a good night of sleep before your wedding day. Also use some common sense.

Right or Left

When I think of the future,
I see you.
But when I think of the now,
I see you.

I am at a road,
A road that forks into two.
Do I take the left,
Or should I take the right?

Nothing is for certain.
In life, it's all about taking chances.
But what about the what ifs?
And the what nots?

You, who represent all that is familiar.
Something simple and safe yet not secure.
You, who represent all that is fascinating.
Something interesting, different and perhaps, not so good.

Where will both roads take me,
I wonder.
What will be waiting at the end,
Happiness or sorrow.

Don't fall sick

"Staying with someone you really love even if you know you two can't be together for a lot of reasons is like standing under the rain... It feels good but you know it will soon make you sick."

Chris Brown- Crawl

Lately, I feel like I can identify with many of the songs being played on the radio.

The words being sung. Memories beckoning. Treacherous thoughts spring to mind. Irrationality seems to be what it's all about. This is one song that should be sung by you.

So, where do we go from here? Cos I haven't gotten my answer.

[Verse 1]
Everybody see's it's you
I'm the one that lost the view
Everybody says we're through
I hope you haven't said it too

So where
Do we go from here
With all this fear in our eyes
And where
Can love take us now
We've been so far down
We can still touch the sky

[Chorus]
If we crawl
Till we can walk again
Then we'll run
Until we're strong enough to jump
Then we'll fly
Until there is no end
So lets crawl, crawl, crawl
Back to love, Yeah
Back to love, Yeah

[Verse 2]
Why did I change the pace
Hearts were never meant to race
I always felt the need for space
But now I can't reach your face
So where
Are you standing now
Are you in the crowd of my faults
Love, can you see my hand?
I need one more chance
We can still have it all

[Chorus]
If we crawl(if we crawl)
Till we can walk again
Then we'll run (then we'll run)
Until we're strong enough to jump
Then we'll fly
Until there is no end
So lets crawl, crawl, crawl
Back to love, Yeah
Back to love, yeaaah

[Bridge]
Everybody see's it's you
Well I never wanna lose that view

[Chorus]
So we'll crawl (if we crawl)
Till we can walk again
Then we'll run
Until we're strong enough to jump
Then we'll fly
Until there is no end
So lets crawl, crawl, crawl

So we'll crawl (ooh)
Till we can walk again (till we can walk again)
Then we'll run (we'll run)
Until we're strong enough to jump (until we're strong enough to jump)
Then we'll fly (then we'll fly)
Until there is no end
So let's crawl, let's crawl, lets crawl
Back to love
Back to love yeah
Back to love

It is you

I would miss your abundant patience.

I would miss the simpleness.

I would miss the corny poems that never fails to etch a smile on my face.

I would miss how you link your hands with mine.

I would miss the cuddles, the hugs- the security of arms around me.

I would miss a thousand and one things of you. Of us. Of memories stretched over this past decade. Of what we were, what we are and what we could be.

Ashton Kutcher asked Jessica Alba in the movie- "Valentines day" if she ever did consider marrying him and she said yes.

But she added, "When you propose to a girl, you don't want her to just consider it. You'd want her to just know."

Lucky you

Some people are just plain unlucky.
And for some, they just have ALL the luck in the world.

Read here about how this business man dreamt up some numbers and won RM11million from it!

Here is to wishing that I'll dream up some nice numbers tonight. *Wishing super duper hard*
Even winning RM1million will be GOOD enough. The things I could do with the money.

I would give 10% for tithe.
10% for my philanthropic work. I've always wanted to help the underprivileged or those in need.

20% to my parents and sibling and for family holidays.
10% for a thorough renovation to the house.

10% for savings to be put in fixed deposits or other form.
20% for investment of sorts.

10% for me to go traveling ie Europe trip especially Greek Island tour!
10% for my very self. To buy the things I like such as
laptop, home theatre system, Rock band, DSLR OR pursue the billion things I want to do ie guitar, music, dancing, photography, designing courses, to name a few and make a career out of it!

One can dream big. And that's what I am going to do tonight.

Dream.

Picnic Wedding Reception Supply List & Costs

Here is Part 2 of a Summer's Most Unconventional Wedding Reception

Supplies:
For 6-10 people:
-1 picnic basket
-1 water pitcher
-6 to 10 plates
-6 to 10 drinking glasses
-Paper napkins, forks
-Tablecloth or blanket (blankets for younger guests who may want to sit on the grass)

If reusable plates and glasses are too expensive, use paper! Another way to cut costs is to just buy reusable items for the bridal party and parents' tables/baskets. Remember, though--if the wind picks up, your disposable items will go flying! Tablecloths can vary greatly on price. You may run into a sale and be able to cover each table for $5. Another option is to look for inexpensive fabric--$1.00/yard. Measure the tables before you search!

Talk to your favorite grocery store deli or restaurant about your food needs. This is a great job for your mother-in-law! An experienced grocery shopper may have more success getting a good deal on food!

Menu:
For each basket:
-Croissant Sandwiches
-Potato salad
-Fruit salad or watermelon slices

These are ideas, but work with food you like (you'll be eating the leftovers!) and any specials the deli can offer. To make an easier reception, use food that stores at the same temperature. Depending on the facilities at the park and how many volunteers you have, you could also serve chicken and corn on the cob.

To make the plain plastic containers from the deli more exciting--use your computer to make your own label. Bride & Groom's Passion Potato Salad, enjoy on July 31, 2008. Get creative!

Be sure to include serving spoons in the baskets! You can probably scrounge up enough serving spoons from the kitchens of the moms.

Guest's Perspective:
Guests will arrive at the park and be directed to a table. Assigned seating is recommended! Picnic baskets and water pitchers will be delivered to each table. Guests will take it from there! You can assign one person at each table to be the "server." He/She will open the basket, hand out the plates, forks, napkins, cups and... food!

The bride and groom can put written instructions inside the basket, announce over the music/sound system, or send pre-designated volunteers to the tables to give any further direction that may be needed.

Guests will be put at ease right away since they get to participate in serving the meal, and they don't have to WAIT in line to eat!

You can include a bottle of wine and an assortment of sodas in the baskets if water is not quenching enough. Iced tea or lemonade, in place of water, is another option. Be sure to have ice water on hand, though, for guests on special diets.

Put a large ziploc bag full of ice at the top of each basket to keep food cool while guests are seated. Ice can be put into the guests' cups to avoid giant bags of water at the end of the day.

Dessert
This is the fun part! Pie or ice cream? (Let's face it--your guests are probably sick of wedding cake, and it really doesn't fit on a sunny day.)

Put a whole pie in each basket, along with a knife and plastic serving spatula. These can be homemade pies or purchased from the store. Differing flavors may promote movement amongst the guests. :)

Set up an ice cream bar, manned by the bride and groom. This way everyone will get a chance to say hi to the new couple. Offer different ice cream choices that the bride and groom scoop out into cones when the guests are ready for dessert.

Visiting Guests
If ice cream scooping is too much work, the bride and groom can float around to each table while the guests eat.

Guests Mingling
By the time the meal is over each table will be feeling like family. Get help from your moms to figure out where to seat everyone. You can place matching relatives together. Bride's Aunt and Uncle and kids with Groom's Aunt and Uncle and kids. Or you can put complementing personalities together. Remember to put at least one friendly, outgoing person at each table!

Estimated Cost and Shopping List
If you are unable to stay within this budget for any item, look around! Borrow from moms and sisters. To make mismatched items more cohesive, tie a ribbon that matches the color of your wedding around it!

Supplies>> $340
$100 for 10 Picnic Baskets
$ 15 for 10 Water Pitchers
$ 75 for 100 Plates (buy on clearance!)
$ 75 for 100 Cups/Glasses
$ 25 for 200 Napkins (High-end white paper) and 200 Plastic Forks
$ 50 for 10 Table Coverings (butcher paper or tablecloths on clearance)

Food>> $460
$ 65 for 150 Croissants (try Costco or Sam's Club)
$ 75 for 12.5 pounds of Sliced Meat (assortment of Ham, Roast Beef, Turkey)
$ 75 for 12.5 pounds of Sliced Cheese (assortment of Cheddar, Pepperjack, Provolone)
$ 10 for 6 heads of lettuce
$ 50 for your choice of tomatoes, mayo, mustard, and other favorite sandwich toppings!
$ 70 for 7 Gallons of Potato Salad (homemade or deli)
$ 35 for 10 Small Watermelons
$ 80 for 7 Gallons of Fruit Salad (deli)

Dessert>> $60-95
$ 60 for 10 Pies
or
$ 65 for 13 Gallons of Ice Cream
$ 30 for 9 boxes of Ice Cream Cones (12/box)

Beverages>> $75-150
$ 50-100 for 10-20 Bottles of Wine
$ 25-50 for 100-200 Cans of Soda (watch for sales!)

This is a general framework to move you in the right direction for a memorable wedding reception. Put your personality into every piece of the event. This will give your guests something to talk about, and help distant relatives get to know you better! Some guests may even hide your wedding gift in the car, and replace it with a check--once they see what kinds of interests you and your sweetheart really have!

It's so true

"Falling in love is not finding the perfect person.
It´s learning to love an imperfect person perfectly. "

I simply must share this!

Yesterday, as I was making my way to the car from the post office, a foreign guy stopped me.

With a stone look, he said "Excuse me, where's the fuuuuudddd..."
and I was like the what?
This time, being more stone-faced and angrier over me for not understanding what he was on about, he said,
"Where's the fuuuddddd...you know, makannnnn" while making a demonstration of 'eating' with his hands.

And I was like, Oh, you mean food. You have to go straight up and turn right from here.

It was so funny I couldn't stop laughing about it the whole day. I mean come on, I can't understand his slang at all, and he was so pissed off when he stopped me over earlier. Probably he did ask other people but they too couldn't get what he was talking about.

Oh dear. Anyway, if other people start to not understand what you're on about, I would advice you to do a demonstration of the thing you're talking about with your hands. It really does makes a change. Hahahaha.

Summer's Hottest Unconventional Wedding Reception

OK, so we know it isn't summer, yet, but for you brides in planning-mode, this is a great idea!

You want a romantic, memorable wedding reception, but everyplace in town is booked! Are you sure?

Some say you need over a year to plan a good wedding and reception. I say you can do it in less than three months. When planning your reception, first figure out your goals. Seriously! Is it to get lots of gifts? Spend time with relatives you'll never see? Show off your dancing skills? Write it down & make sure your groom contributes to the list!

Once your list is complete, you may realize that a formal reception is unnecessary. Or, you'll see that the standard just won't do!

This summer's hottest unconventional wedding reception is a "Memory-Filled" Picnic Lunch.

Objective:
Allow guests to relax, eat, greet the bride and groom, and get to know the "other" side.

Challenges:
All the reception halls are booked that day, or out of your price range.
Budget is between $500-$1000 for 100 people.
Your sisters have all done this before--you want your wedding to be memorable.
Your mother-in-law-to-be really wants to help.

Solution:
Serve lunch, family-style in picnic baskets at the park.

Find a local park (or even the yard of the church). It should be close to the ceremony and provide ample parking. Check with the city or county to get any permits to use the park for a large party. There may be a fee, but it will be a small fraction of the cost of a reception hall. Parks with shade, pavilions, tables and restrooms are a must!

If tables are not available at the park, see if you can rent them from a local church. Depending on the "age-ility" of your guests, you may not need tables for everyone!

Check your big box stores in the Summer Section (items should be marked down by mid-June). Look for the makings of a picnic. You do not need 100 of the same thing. Just find matching items for each table or picnic basket.

Coming to our next post...all the essential details to make this reception happen, including shopping lists, and pricing! Check back tomorrow!

Summer Weddings

People love to get married no matter what time of the year it is. However, their does seem to be more people getting married during the summer season than during other (colder) seasons. What makes summer weddings so much fun? Here are some great ideas that you will want to include in your own summer wedding.

First of all, everything needs to be colorful. No matter what you include in your summer wedding, remember that it needs some color to it. This does not mean that you need to go color crazy, because that just makes the wedding look more like a carnival. However, try to bring in some warm and bright hues. It's also good if you can include these warm hues on the summer wedding invitations as well. This gives the invited guest the “feel” of the wedding. Right now, sophisticated is hot. Stick with two hues, and try to keep your space unified. Also try to use one color for a strong statement. Yes, this means perhaps pink orange centerpieces. This is something that will stand out right away against the other color that you choose.

Next, when it comes to summer weddings, you can not go wrong with classic, laid-back music. This is fitting wedding throughout the year, but especially for summer weddings. Trying to go with a pianist or a string trio is always a nice option. Right now, having that laid back vibe during the cocktail hour is very “in.” Think steel drums meets ukulele. If you can, try and work in the classic swing (big band swing) for the upbeat part of the evening. The laid back feeling goes well for the cocktail hour as well as the dinner hour, then it can be "party time!

There are always some basic themes that go with a summer wedding. This includes the garden theme or even the basic beach theme. However, these are pretty generic settings, and you may want to take a more personal route to find the look and feel you want for your wedding. Do not just do something, because everyone else is doing it. To achieve this goal, think of your favorite summer hangout spot. For example, if you love the mountains during the summer, then think of a mountain theme.

Summer wedding invitations also look best when they have some color in them. Although black and ivory wedding invitations are still very classic and will work for your wedding theme, it is fun to do something that is unexpected with the wedding invitations. This makes your wedding stand out to people more when they think back on it. You will also find that more people are likely to respond to a creative wedding invitation than a basic one.

Your tables are also the place where you will want your summer theme to carry through. Be sure that your wedding favors also go along with your summer theme. Natural elements also make beautiful and unique centerpieces. Having these kinds of centerpieces for your wedding are a sure-fire way to make your wedding visually appealing. Various kinds of fruit are always a hit and their appearance is magnified when placed in a clear container filled with water.

Summer is a hot time of the year and unless you want your guests to fry, be sure to serve plenty of refreshing, cold drinks and have plenty of ice on hand, as well as an extra supply of drinking glasses. Fruit that has been frozen into ice cubes adds added flavor and color to your beverages.

There are many options for you when it comes to a summer wedding cake. You need to think outside the box. Do not just think white or brown cake. Think what kind of summer theme items you want included on the cake itself. For example, a wedding cake would look great with some fresh strawberries on it. Not only does this make the cake look nice, but it makes it taste great too! Strawberry shortcake is great for a sheet-style wedding cake. If using real whipped cream, just make sure it stays indoors and out of the sun, until you are ready to serve it. You may even want to fill your cakes with some kind of citrus filling, maybe some lemon or orange vanilla butter cream.

Overall, there are many options for a summer wedding. You and your guests are always going to enjoy it. Hopefully these tips are sure to help you enjoy your summer wedding and make it just a little bit more fantastic. After all is said and done, you want to make sure that your summer wedding is one that you and your guests will never forget!

10 Finalist of the Malaysia Top Host 2010!!

Siapa di antara wajah-wajah ini bakal menjadi wajah 2010?

Gambar di atas are the finalist for Malaysia Top Host 2010. Mereka kelihatan sungguh gembira bukan? Sape tak gembira wei dapat jadi top 10. Entah berapa la yang apply untuk Top Host ni, tapi yang nak 10 orang jer. Kenapa Ally tak besarkan sikit quota tu jadi 20 ke, banyak sikit saingan. Banyak pulak I bebel eh, bebel bukan sebab ape..sebab jealous nak mati. Serious tak tipu. I apply jugak tapi tak dapat. Ingatkan dapat. Chewah.

Semangat giler me and my friend, Wina buat clip video of introducing myself. Pastu pulak masa nak submit kena convert dulu video tu jadi dalam bentuk avi le hape dulu. Pastu mula memang da macam nak give up dah, tapi Wina asyik cakap selalunya nak berjaya ada cabaran dulu, so maybe nanti I akan berjaya. So her words inspired me untuk mencari dan mendownload Video Converter dan setersunya mengconvertkan video menjadi apa yang tv3 inginkan (sebab I submit online)

Pastu the night before the closing date tu baru terhegeh-hegeh buat karangan "Saya adalah Top Host 2010 kerana..." tidak melebihi 350 patah perkataan dengan harapan mungkin the words akan flow lagi best dan mungkin pihak TV3 terutamanya Ally Iskandar akan terpegun dengan essay tersebut. Hahaha, you wish. Harapan tinggal harapan. Oh my God, I sungguh sedih.

Semalam I lepak-lepak dengan my friend sambil tengok TV, dan tiba-tiba ada iklan tentang Top Host yang akan dishowkan this 3rd March. Lepas tu I cakap mesti dah ada finalist, kalau tak takkan diorang dah buat promosi untuk show tu. So balik makan tu I terus usaha cari info pasal Top Host ni, dan just as my instincts told me, I wasn't one of them. =(
Ala instinct ni, ari tu iyer-iyer je kuat mengatakan I might get the chance, tapi last-last minit tak dapat lak. Eceh, menyalahkan instinct.

Okay, fine.

Okay la, looks like I memang kena usaha untuk terima hakikat ini walaupun memang teringin nak mati untuk jadi top 10. Jadi top 10 pun jadi la Ally. Hahah, merayu macam la si Ally baca blog ni. Dulu pernah join Penagacara Jemputan Nona (PJN), and that was like 3 years ago kot. Siap paksa kawan I, Kak Rini to accompany me, tapi in the end, dengan dia sekali kena audition. Hahaha, sorry Kak Rini. Pastu dah ada peluang depan mata memain masa tu. Sebab masa tu tak la teringin sangat, cuma nak cuba nasib je. Siap diberi peluang kedua untuk cuba lagi dengan lebih serious. Last-last abang camera man siap geleng kepala lagi. Mesti dalam hati dia, ish budak ni, tolong serious sikit eh, memain pulak dia, dah bagi 2nd chance pun memain.
Tapi Kak Rini lagi best, siap kena nyanyi lagi sebab dalam borang tu dia tulis hobby dia menyanyi. Tak pasal-pasal kena nyanyi. Nasib baik memang suara sedap. Kenangan yang tak dapat dilupakan T__T

Okay la, since tak dapat masuk Top Host, kita tengok je la siapa yang bakal mewarnai TV3 pada tahun ini yer. Mari tonton bersama this wednesay, 3rd of March. You rasa siapa antara mereka akan menang? I rasa mamat yang further right at the back row tu. Sebab he looks very versatile and cute. Hahaha, takde kaitan untuk jadi host. Okay, fine lagi!
And, you perasan tak sekali pandang muka mamat cute tu dengan yang lagi sorang di back row sebelah perempuan berambut perang itu ada iras. Macam adik beradik. Adakah mereka bersaudara?
And, gadis di depan, sebelah kanan gadis yang memakai hijab itu rupanya macam si molek Amy Mastura kan?

Okay, so I bet mamat cute versatil tu. You bet siapa pulak? Mari lihat. Siapa menang kena belanja makan cendol.Okay bye.

Assigning Jobs At Your Wedding

The wedding party is done and you're ready to fly away to your honeymoon, and GUESS WHAT! Your guest book is in the pile of things you need to take home. But it's still wrapped in plastic. It was never opened, much less SIGNED! eeek!

Don't let this happen to you!!

It's important to give jobs to your bridal party. A bridesmaid and/or groomsmen should have no problem making sure the guest book is passed around (with a pen) and collected at the end of the reception and returned to you.

Jobs that need assigning are the ones that no one will notice until it's too late. Big things like "serving the cake" will not be forgotten, because... well... it's the cake. No one will let the party end without the cake!! As you purchase special items for your wedding (the garter, a gift for the moms, the guest book, etc.) post a note, explaining whose job it will be to make sure THIS happens, along with a short bit of instructions. You can tell your main coordinator that there are notes on everything--if someone forgets to do their job, the coordinator should be able to get it done from the note.

Other important jobs:
-Make sure the Father-Daughter Dance happens
-Hand out the favors! Whether it's bird seed, bubbles, or candies--these take a lot of time to prepare, so it's a major bummer if they're forgotten
-Toasts: best man, groom, maid of honor, father of the bride (those are the MUSTS)

AVOID plastic grocery bags. This is a common way to transport wedding accessories, but it's an easy way for them to go unnoticed! Use large crates or short, long cardboard boxes. Easier to see everything!

You can also specify a box for, "Never mind, we're not going to use this" stuff. Some brides get concerned about their budget a little late in the process. It's ok to return the unused candles and spools of ribbon. Just make sure your coordinator and bridal party know not to mess with the returns!

NOTE: If you do happen to forget to hand out your party favors, don't stress! There are probably a lot of people who were unable to make it to your wedding. Keep favors on hand (in your purse, glove box, etc.) to give to people when they apologize profusely for not coming to the wedding.

Congratulations!! Have fun! It's your wedding!

A blurry me

It's never easy to blog honestly. To really talk about one's journey in life only to be scrutinised and criticised or judged by others especially if one is a famous person. Then again, who am I kidding? I am just an ordinary person. A plain jane. Another human to walk this planet earth.

But whatever it is, it's always been an outlet to express myself despite being drummed into me that one has to be careful what one says or think or act and you know what? After awhile, it gets really tiring.

It gets really tiring to always having to be in control of oneself. One's emotions. One's behavior. One's thoughts and the list just goes on.

I used to really blog about how I feel. What I go through and perhaps not exactly what's going on but at least, I was true to my own feelings. I knew myself. These days, everything is kind of a blur. I don't know what exactly am I feeling nor what do I really want and it stinks. Even my blogging is a jumble of mess.

What used to be black now seems white or gray. What used to be wrong, now doesn't seem so.

It really stinks not knowing.

But all I know is that I need to do something about it. And fast. I can't keep kidding myself or cajoling myself anymore that all will be well or things will just fall in its place.

When you let go of that control, just even for that one time, it changes everything.

It changes everything.

Bonny Wedding Dresses

A Detailed Review of Bonny Wedding Dresses

If you are in a place where you are thinking about how you want to look for your wedding day, it is time for you to take a look at the Bonny wedding dresses. Bonny wedding dresses have been making brides beautiful for the past quarter century and you will find that not only does this company do weddings, it will also do prom gowns and other special occasion wear.

This is a fashion house that has a wonderful history of servicing brides all over the world and if you are interested in a wonderful wedding gown that is going to do you justice, this might be the perfect fashion house to consider. Take some time and make sure that you consider how this fashion might suit you.

When you are thinking about purchasing Bonny wedding dresses, make sure that you consider what collections they have to offer you. The bridal lines that this fashion house offers include Bonny and Essence Collection. You will also find that there is the modest gown collection Bliss as well as Unforgettable, the plus size collection for larger women.

Also remember that their elegant gowns can come in a wide range of styles, so don't forget to look into the pageant gowns that are found in the Crown Collection as well as the glamorous styles found in the Mystique Prom Gowns. This is a fashion house that has a lot to offer, so make sure that you see everything that they have.

One interesting thing that you will notice about the Bonny wedding dresses is the fact that these dresses are not afraid to use some color. If you are someone who is concerned about how you will look in stark white, take advantage of Bonny's habit of including stripes and adornments in deep color on their dresses. This is something that few other designers do, and if you simply are not sure how you feel about stark white or ivory, a dash of maroon or dark blue might just save the day for you. Many brides are unsure how they feel about wedding dresses that are pure white, and this is something that can make a huge difference.

When you are thinking about whether a Bonny wedding dress is something that is right for you, you will find that you should look into their styles and see how well it meshes with your own. This is a line that does not seem to do so many casual dresses. The dresses are going to be almost exclusively long and full, so think about how your wedding is going to go (B G).

Wedding Dress 2010

Tips on Choosing the Best Wedding Dress 2010

Wedding dress 2010 is an important event and on this milestone of your life, your wedding dress is one of the most important things. Choosing the correct dress for your wedding is an important and a confusing task. However, do not worry, help is near. Just read on this article and you will know how to buy the perfect dress for your wedding.

First and foremost, you need to match your dress with the theme of your wedding and other details. Like, if you are planning an outdoor wedding in a garden or a farm house, then it is not a good idea to purchase a long-sleeved dress with a lengthy train sweeping behind you. It will not only look out of place but will also be uncomfortable for you. Moreover, the long train will get spoiled outdoor, and no one, definitely no one in this world will like her wedding dress to get spoiled! For an outdoor event one should opt for a striking, short-sleeved dress, which is comfortably short in length and also gels in with the surroundings of the venue, season and the theme of your wedding. In addition, if you are having a specific colour scheme for your wedding, then make sure your wedding dress is well coordinated and in synch with that colour scheme.

Another important factor is choosing the colour scheme of the dress. Unlike before, these days wedding gears are available in an assortment of colours and in different colour schemes, which includes bright colours like red, black, ivory, gold and even silver! It is as important to choose the right colour scheme for your wedding gown as important it is to choose the right design and style. It becomes very noticeable and odd if your dress does not match your wedding theme or the decor, and the guests will definitely notice. A risk free wedding gown colour, that suits every bride, includes ivory, white and cream. These colours compliment any decor, theme colour scheme and the bridesmaids' dresses.

However, colours one should avoid include black and grey, as they are generally associated with mournful and depressing occasions and moods. Everyone wants their wedding day to be a happy one, so avoid adding these sad colours to anything related to your wedding, like in your dress or in decor. Another option is to match the colours with the season of the year, for instance colour silver for winter or a pale pink gown for spring. In the fall season, a bride can incorporate solid fall colours, like browns, reds and burnt oranges. Gold wedding gowns are also a very popular choice for this time of the year. And in the summer, you have the freedom to experiment with any colour tone. And for outdoor weddings during summers, try to use earthy colours, such as greens, mud-browns, and maroon. These days wedding gowns are available in many different colour schemes to choose from, so it can get tricky for a bride to be. However, the key is lies in matching the dress colour to that of the season and to the theme, and of course to your personality!(F S).

Is it CNY or is it Valentines?

How much would you spend on that special someone?

Is it really worth the price?

And 1 year from now or 5 years down the road, will the present even matter?

Does one need to buy something just to show one's love?

Is the latest Guess watch and bracelet something really that unforgettable? Is this how one's love is measured these days?

A present..a nice present.. then a bigger present... perhaps, a more expensive present?

I think as the years pass, we forget the meaning of love and what it's all about. Valentines Day is yet another that has been commercialised. You see flowers being sold. Heart shape objects everywhere. But is that what this is all about?

We hear love songs being written and sung. About breakup and heartaches. About love triangle and love not reciprocated. We watch love movies and how people fall so easily in love and so easily out of love. We see people fall in love and yet do stupid things. We see people in love do hurtful things to the people they love.

Tell me, what is love? Cos I really want to know.

I thought I knew the answer. I thought I new what it meant.

But that's what I thought...

However, if you're that lucky person who knows what love is and you have that special someone, NEVER ever forget why that person is special to you. Never forget the love you both have and never take it for granted.

Lastly, HAPPY VALENTINES DAY.

In the fashion world the word formal usually refers to the design and cut of the outfit and not essentially to its consumer. Why I Like It Longer

Remember having to wait so long for your friend to dress up for dinner when you have nothing interesting to do?
Or that very long journey when you have to wait for the train to get to your desired destination, while silently praying that suddenly the train can go at 120 miles per hour?

Oh my God, imagine being in the train for an hour from Kelana Jaya to Putra Gombak, where the only thing you can do is either look up through the window, read your favorite novel which you have read for over ten times, or listen to your list of music from your mobile phone.
*Yawn* How boring can it be.

I'm sure we've been through those situations, in which we hope, wish and crave for something fun and exciting to do, right?
'Longer' can simply means boring for some, but not when you have the right thing to keep you well entertained!
And guess what, I have just the perfect thing for you.
Oh wow, this is getting fun!!!
So, don't just stop right there. Keep on reading babey.

See! This is exactly why I would like my phone longer.

How would you like to watch your favorite episode of Gossip Girls from your mobile phone in that long journey, be it in the bus, train, plane and basically anywhere.
With the new LG CHOCOLATE BL40 Supermodel phone, you can do just about anything from watching your favourite TV series, to watching clips of the lovely Taylor Swift, or entertain yourself with AVATAR, as if you're really watching it in the cinema with the real screen in front of you.

See what I mean? Watching Avatar with this Supermodel phone is like being part of Avatar too!
The LG CHOCOLATE BL40 is designed with a
huge 4 inch widescreen panoramic display, with superb colors and smooth motions
So you won't even notice you are actually watching your favorite movie from your mobile. How cool is that. Now that's why I like it longer. Oh wait, there's more to come so keep on scrolling!

The next thing on why I like the new LG CHOCOLATE BL40 longer is due to its 5 Megapixel camera. Okay, so what's the difference between this new LG and other phone in the market.
I don't know about you, but my hands would always shake whenever I take pictures with my mobile phone camera, so I always end up getting those blur images.
But, this new Supermodel phone is so superb that despite of your hand-shaking-syndrome, your pictures would turn out perfect. This is due to its image stabilization feature it has on trembling hands like me T_____T

Apart from its unsteady hands feature thing, thanks to the 4 inch widescreen, you can actually fit your dozen mates in one shot, in which you don't have to zoom in to view their faces. But then, if you still want to zoom in and out for better views on their pimples, you can still do so by pinching the screen with your fingers. Its so fun zooming it with your fingers you know.
I've tried it and I felt like one of those 5 year old playing with daddy's phone. (^__^)

To make things more interesting for you, you can actually capture the wonderful 360 degree view of the place you visited from the point you are standing into one single panoramic image. This smart phone can actually process those images of yours in seconds and deliver you the best panoramic photo for you! How cool does that sound.
This is what you can get from this babe. Superb!

Watch this video on how this smart phone can do just about anything.

Oh, have you ever tried viewing your blog or read the news with your mobile phone? I would get so annoyed having to keep on hitting the right or left button to read the rest of the sentence.
But guess what, you don't have to do that with the Supermodel phone, because again, its 4 inch widescreen
lets you view your whole blog without having to scroll horizontally
And this makes blogging more fun because it'll make you feel like you are viewing it with your computer or laptop.

The fifth reason why I like the new LG longer is due to its Dual Screen.

I don't know about other emails, but new Yahoo emails has this dual screen features too, where the email subject will be at the top and its contents is at the bottom.
But then, thanks to its longer feature, this Supermodel phone
allows you to view the email subject and contents side by side
So that means you can check the subject and contents at the same time.

Now, you might be thinking of the size of the phone, assuming that it might not fit into your pocket perfectly. Well, longer doesn't mean it won't be comfortable on your palms or in your pocket. I'm sure the LG designers have the comfort size taken into account before they even design it.

Measuring at 128mm (length), 51mm (width) and 10.9mm (thickness), the size is quite similar to the iPhone with 115mm (length), 61mm (width) and 11.6mm (thickness). And, I even tried placing the new LG BL40 into my jeans pocket and it fits perfectly nice. And, I even measured up a couple of my jeans front pocket for its depth dimension and it fits great. If you don't believe me, you can try it for yourself too T_____T

See, there's even a couple of inches left for you to put your car keys inside.

Oh wow, I could go on forever. You can simply check it out yourself for more reasons on why you and I would like it longer here!
